Working with Rianna has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. She has helped me completely re-shape my approach to exercise, food and my daily life. This in turn has improved my self-confidence and has far reaching positive impacts on my relationships, my career and my general outlook on life. Rianna’s coaching style is supportive and honest without being too pushy. She looked at my life as a whole (very busy working full time with two young kids) and looked at how making minor tweaks could make big differences. She helped me set realistic goals and created workouts and plans that were achievable. Most importantly she gave me the tools to be able to continue on this path on my own, helping me become more in tune with my body and what it needs, particularly in relation to adapting my training plan around my cycle.
Before I started working with Rianna, I hated what I saw in the mirror and was really unhappy. Now I look in the mirror and am proud of what I see and have never been more content. This is down to Rianna’s positivity and belief in her clients and daily support to help coach you through the wobbles and celebrate the gains.

I specialise in taking women from a lack of understanding about their own body and a lack of confidence, all the way through to “I bloody well can” and give them the ability to go the distance using the tools and techniques they have implemented.

I have been going to Rianna’s classes for several weeks now. I started going as I hurt my back twice this year due to being very inflexible. Since going to these classes my flexibility has increased and I recently noticed my lunges and split squats have massively improved.
I also do 1-1 training with Rianna and that has helped to improve my technique in the classes enormously. They are challenging and seeing the improvement in flexibility and balance is great!! I can’t stress enough the importance of doing mobility training to complement your overall training and day to day activities. I can also get off the sofa now without making a weird noise 😂😂
