Hiya, I’m Ri, and I’m all about functional strength and mobility. I teach women how to train with their hormones, stop fighting their bodies, create bulletproof joints, have fewer injuries and a happier period… because it’s time to re-define consistency for women in the fitness industry.
I primarily do this through:
1-1 coaching that focuses on education and functional strength, blended with mobility training for greater longevity, flexibility and joint health.
Suitable for all levels, these classes blend strength and mobility training to build better body awareness and skill through movement.
