I have completed 2 private sessions with Rianna and in just those 2 sessions she has completely changed my perspective on how I am exercising. Although I was aware of a lot of the advice and techniques she was teaching, I simply haven’t been implementing them into my practice or have seen them as the less important actions I should be taking, when in fact they are the fundamentals of my body and should be at the top of the list when it comes to movement and exercise.
